Please help! (I am on a Mac.) I was adding a bookmark to my personal toolbar when the entire bar went blank. The bookmarks show up in the drop down menu -- the Personal Toolbar folder *is* there with all the bookmarks intact. But the bar itself is empty. The only way I can access those links is to click on them via the "bookmark manager." How can I fix this? I know it's happened before and...

I think its a bug in Firefox. I can understand when they sometimes change to related favicons when visiting sites within a portal (Live/Hotmal, Gmail/Google/Greader, Yahoo/YMail) but sometimes, I will goto a completely unrelated site (say for example http://www.formula1.com ) and it will put its favicon for one of my bookmarks. Does this only happen with corrupted profiles or is it common? ...

I have a bookmark toolbar that contains link to a variety of sites. When I click on any of them, the screen splits in half and then opens the link in one half of the split view. Why is this? What I want is to click the link and have it take over the entire screen.

Hi All, I have created my own firefix toolbar extension but i cannot find how to make it behave like the bookmarks toolbar. Basically my toolbar has many buttons on it which are only all visible when the browser window is wide.
