I have cooked an enormous amount of bolognese sauce to make lasagna. I have eaten lasagna for 3 days and not finished the sauce yet. Could you give me some ideas on how to use the sauce, maybe adding potates, that I have at home? Thanks

For those of you who have a chance to shop at a LIDL store, I highly recommend the pre-made lasagne bolognese they sell under the Dulano label. It is stocked in the refrigerated foods section. It is very, very good. I have found most of the foods sourced in Italy at LIDL (usually sold under the Dulano label) to be quite good.

It's stopped raining, but the humidity is way up tonight.  So it's an easy dinner tonight - took some of the bolognese sauce I had made awhile ago out of the downstairs freezer.  It's defrosting/warming over the flame tamer on the stovetop.   For "garlic bread", I have some rolls from Bertucci's (we had pizza at work on Friday, and there were TONS of rolls leftover - ask for a dozen, ...

I've had this book a long time, but I haven't made much from it. I made the Lasagna Al Forno Bolognese on p. 113, and was really disappointed with it. It came out pretty dry and not that flavorful. Wasn't sure if I'd done something wrong, because the recipe had been highly recommended by another vegan. ? So, anyone have any favs?

Hiya, I work in a nursery with ages 3months-5years and the types of food we have are: Breakfast - readybrek, weetabix, (rice crispies, cornflakes, these are mainly for children over 1yr). Lunch - spaghetti bolognese, lasange and garlic bread, chicken cous-cous, pasta bake, meatballs and egg noodles etc. Tea - soup either tomato or vegetable, crumpets, sandwiches, toast, fruit, raisins...
