I started my first project with PE8 last night. I captured a few seconds of video from my mini DV cam, and then stopped to watch it to make sure everything was working ok. I've heard they want to do the same thing to Shore Crest I, but are having a hard time getting permission from people who own particular weeks and don't want to give them up for a year. We're hoping to get there in September 2011, and I figure they'll get all that worked out about the time we want to go.

We went to Vegas in July & left DS with my parents. I was nervous & anxious too about all the "what ifs" but everything was fine. We had a fun time & DS had a good time with his grandparents. You can do it! Have a great time!

If you can sew and have some baby legs or the equivalent you can make your own long cuffed mittens. I did this last year for Olivia with a pair of Munchkin Legs. I did it on her snow mittens...the waterproof ones. They have the Knit like cuff on them, so I sewed a Munchkin Leg to that. They worked great, and keep her hands warm, dont fall off....
