Right onto my hoodie when I stupidly washed them together, and now you can see hints of light blue all over my purple hoodie. It's more visible in the sun, which really sucks and makes the jacket look ugly. Is there anyway to get rid of the dye that bled onto my hoodie?

I have had a towel rail installed recently and as it was done during the summer my central heating has not been on so i havent been able to check if it works until recently. When my heating is on, only the towel rail remains cold. i've bled the towel rail and this doesnt seem to be the problem. Any ideas??
