I have an LG VX9100 (firmware v. VX910V07) on the Verizon Wireless network and I am trying load the calendar from Bitpim 1.0.6 to the phone. I am able to get data from the phone but whenever I try to send data it starts the process and then the phone reboots. Any idea on what's going wrong?

For some reason, BitPim no longer detects my LG Chocolate 3 anymore. I looked through the settings and noticed in the port selection menu BitPim is showing "You do not have any com/serial ports on your system." I tried downgrading from the beta version to 1.0.6(the beta had eben working previously), but ther eis no change. Does anyone know what would cause this change?

Well, I tried moving my contacts from Bitpim onto my new 8575 with this guide which basically says to use the env touch as the phone to connect to since there is no chocolate touch option yet. I followed the steps, and halfway through transfer of contacts the phone shuts off, and now I can not send/receive calls, save/make new contacts, and most likely a bunch of other stuff. The phone is ...

I would like a phone that can sync with my outlook calendar...not a smart phone...but preferably one with a querty keyboard. Even if it needs bitpim or another software to do it. Currently have an Alias 2, which I love but it won't sync. VZW seems more interested in syncing music than the more important information on the phone. Tx, Brian

Tried using BitPim, and I can't use the music I've loaded as ringtones. So is it not possible to use my own music as ringtones? So the ringtone I added is Stay Cool.mp3, and the phone does not see it. Did I do something wrong?

Please help! My KP500 has a broken screen. I've a new one and want to transfer my files, but need mass storage USB setting to get to them. LG PC suite nor BITPIM will connect for file transfer. I've backed up contacts, to do etc fine as it's stuck in that setting. So... without the touch screen to enter the phone settings, how do I get to USB connectivity and set it to mass storage?? ...
