Recently I've been getting a pain in my forearms after doing bicep curls. Strangely it only hurts for a few seconds after i've released my grip, then the pain goes. Hey guys! Im having some problems doing dumbbell preacher curls... in terms of the arm positioning on the chair. I have pretty good height and mass on my biceps how ever i wish there was more length. When i flex there is about an inch gap between my bicep and the inside of my elbow. which exercise is best to add length?

all i got for my bicep workout is standing bb curls preacher curls standing db curls standing hammer curls to chest these are usually in pyramid from 12 to 8 reps

About a month ago I strained by right bicep and it has gotten better in all exersies except bench. I was doing upright rows, with a wide grip, with a light weight. I seemed to strain it on the way up. now i have a pain in my bicep everytime i seem to do any 90degree movments (bench, lat pulldowns, pullups etc) Any idea what this could be or what i should do?? i took time off...

I have recently been feeling a lot of pain in the rear portion of my right shoulder during my bicep routines. Tonight I am also having a lot of tightness, sometimes a little pain, depending on my movements. I had an injury to the front of my rotator in 04, but this feels differant. What do you guys think? So im wondering if any one know a good exercise to work the top part of the bicep, where the deltoid connects to the bicep part, preacher curls, hammer, resistance, anything i do works out the bottom of my bicep, any advice?, also any exercise that would help peak my bicep too would be great
I was just wondering if anyone knew of a or has a workout regime for arms that works well. I'm solely focused on biceps right now since I strained cartilage/ a ligament, in my chest. My main goal is to gain mass and muscle on my arms, not too much on toning them; well not just yet. Thanks!

I'm starting to notice that the outside of my biceps are getting larger, but the inner part isn't quite as big. Should I be doing closer grip curls for this?
