I believe Norincos improved their quality in the past few years compared to the earlier models. My brother told me about a Philippine forum where some know it all seems to claim otherwise. For better or worse...I added more at .04. When the ask was .03, they simply would not fill my order...I guess the mm got the shares? I bid first... This one is a real gamble, so I sure don't anticipate buying any more!?!? LOL...I said that about IFSG and averaged down a couple extra times...which paid off....only problem was I took free shares as profit too early. Oh well...not all of the china ...
