Hi guys, hoping to find some help here regarding my raw bench. When i bench i can get up to a certain weight and press it good and strict. If i add just 5kg/10lbs and try to lower it, just after lowering 3/4 of the way it just comes crashing down. This naturally i want to avoid. Im thinking this is pec strength so i need to do DB presses and ultra wide benches. But maybe im wrong and...

I admit, I am guilty of starting several DL related threads. The bench and squat get so much press, so lets put the DL at the head of the list for a bit! So many great benchers on here, lets put the best DLs up here. Semper Fi

Just for fun would love to see how many are benchers, dead, or squatters. I predict a lot of benchers and deadlifters and not as much squatters as your favorite. But I could be wrong. My order is deadlift first, then squat , then bench.

I sincerely hope that Labour back benchers are as appalled as I am, Anyone of them with anything to fear should be afraid.
