BBC channels not scanned on Winter Hill transmitter after 2nd December. Tried scanning all channels and setting exclusively scan offset frequencies but still no success. I have haerd that it could be a question of weak channels apart from BBC ones. But my othet set-top box on another TV on the same arial picks up all channels . Any ideas? Many thanks, peter

Ever since I re-tuned my Samsung 42" plasma, I cannot get any BBC channels, Ive re-tuned and re-tuned but cant get them attall on my TV. I have to use a seperate digi box from my built in tv one. any suggestions Please. Thanks Denbo.

hello all, I got roped into dropping a few RG6 cables into a friends bedrooms in his house. Since this upgrade I have a pixelated problem with LiveTV but this only seems to effect ITV channels.  I never had a problem when I ran Vista and this has only now started since the upgrade.  I have checked the Tuner drivers, they are uptodate accoding to Win7 and also Hauppauge, the Tuner is a dual T 500 PCI card. I'm surprised that scan all channels with the scan offsets didn't find anything. You might find sub asking for logs during a failed scan run.
