Could someone please clarify for me what the law is regarding clamping in private car parks? The information i've read seems to suggest that fines for parking in disabled bays in private car parks are unenforcable, but i can't seem to google any exact information- just peoples opinions. In the case of clamping cars parked in disabled bays, in private car parks, obviously you have to pay to...

I read today that Tesco was holding off fining people who don't have blue badges displayed when parking in their disabled bays. Well done Tesco.Asda and Sainsburys are asking people to cough up £60 as a "fine" if someone parks not displaying a badge in one of their disabled bays. How discriminatory is that? apart from illegal. There are thousands of people entitled to park in these bays who ...

Sometime in the seventies their was a shop in Cork...near parnell place I believe, that did a roaring trade selling expensive turkish delight. I remember the mother saying that the Christmas wouldn't be the same without Haiji-bays turkish delight. Also known as Lokum turkish delight is tasty stuff. Is it possible to get this in Cork these days.

Anyways, It wont fit in the power supply bay, so I was thinking if It would be fine to put it in the drive bay. So, I got bad gas (lol) the other night. It was my 3rd tank at this particular Shell station, but this time I went to the pump on the end, which is right next to the out of order pump because the other bays were taken.
