I have a HP Pavillion dv67000 laptop and I am having problems with the power adapter where it connects to the computer on the right hand side. I first started to notice that the blue light which shows that the laptop is plugged in kept flickering intermittently and causing my battery to drain. It progressively got worse and now can't sustain a charge and is dead. I'm not sure if the ...

I use vista and my laptop shutsdown even when my battery is still above 20 percent. But here's the catch...When I restart it, the battery percentage is already below 20 percent. Like around 10 or 7 percent. Is this the icon playing tricks on me or what? Thanks for the help!

I have been using the Lithium Energizers to fire my flashes but is getting expensive. I have heard that folks use something called eneloop rechargeables? Are these recommended?

Here`s the situation: I have 2 360 controllers. One is clearly in better shape than the other...the buttons are more springy, the analog sticks are much less loose, and it`s just overall cleaner and newer. Now, I have been trying to get the most use possible out of my old one by ALWAYS using it. The buttons are mushy, the sticks don`t revert back to the center, instead leaving my character to ...

I'm not sure if this makes sense but okay, we were in the boat last night and it was getting dark. We had it plugged into the house (shore power adapter) but the interior cabin lights only work on battery not ac. They were working fine but we were worried about draining the batteries. There is a switch on the AC side that says battery charger. Does that mean when we switch that on the AC is ...

Need some ideas as to how to resolve this, so here goes: I have a TA-082 motherboard that has 2.71 firmware on it that I picked up from someone. The issue is that it does not work on battery power. It works fine from the AC charger and powers on and is working. Once the AC is removed it will just shut off. I was planning on using the pandora method to upgrade it, however, ...

Hi, I have a HP Dv6700 laptop and recently I got some issue with the power or battery and maybe the AC adapter. When the laptop is on and the AC adapter is plugged in the laptop light that indicate whether or not the battery charging is not on so by the look of it something is wrong with the AC adapter. But when I completely turn off the laptop the light turn on. So if anyone know what ...

Another one to add to the pile... This one claims low power draw, safe venting, high efficiency, and it has a thermostat. "THE PLATINUM CAT utilizes a power vent system which exhausts all combustion by-products to the outside of the living area, which automatically replace oxygen used for combustion. The vent system prevents buildup of unhealthy indoor air pollution and eliminates any ...
