A S-filing you know who it is a warrant is different. Barnhill or someone at HDVY knows normally there is a verification process with forms back and forth to

Barnhill wanted to show 2 things - atleast that is what I surmised from this - 1) Wants to reinforce the fact that even though he was allowed to sell twice as many shares/quarter, he is going to sell only half the original amount allowed earlier - one can infer that he expects the PPS to grow substantially - and reinforce faith in investors. 2) He is being pre-emptive and keeping this info...

Barnhill from past is full aware but January especially early has always been bad for us. I do know that Barnhill may have given ful control to our specialist as to any promotional news breakers and the instictive timing of it. Most corporation that announce news between the 45 minute rule period which is the first 45 minutes of trading are wise to produce news between this time period. This ...

I had the pleasure of attending Leicester Racecourse yesterday and the 14:40 had a horse by the name of Barnhill Brownie, owned by Mr Tony Bloom. All I can say is that I hope his judgement in running a football club is better than it is at buying horses: PU Barnhill Brownie (IRE) 11-2 t Giles Hawkins (7) P J Hobbs 6 33/1 in rear, jumped poorly, jumped very slowly 2nd and ...

Trust Dr. Stephen Barnhill to come out swinging! Wow - some PR - precision targeted like his biomarker patents! Watch out - once Abbott and/or Quest come out with their findings - full speed ahead! Watch him go after ACS and change their tune regarding PSA test's accuracy. Again, continue to accumulate on dips. Think about it - what IF the stock jumps to $2 --- does it matter if you bought it at ...

Need to keep things in perspective... Every high level executive who is compensated by companies goes through this activity. Dr. Barnhill created this company and owns a lot of shares! He HAS TO cash out on all his hard work all these years. Give him a break! He is indicating that he will actually REDUCE the number of shares that he COULD HAVE sold all through 2010. Those who sell at this level ...

I have read everything and have mixed feelings about this but it comes down to one thing, If Dr. Barnhill brings home the bacon for all his shareholders as some of us feel he will why in the world would we expect him to be any different. Sure at $300k plus, bonuses then put the 144 shares on top of this may sound a tad or two high but who says Dr. Barnhill's living status is like TechStockBob's ...

aaaah shoot. T-trades are NOT usually a good thing. Barnhill just put out that 8-K and now a T-trade...hmmmmm. I'm not saying it's the death-knell or anything, but those are RARELY good in penny land. I can't recall an instance where T-trades didn't end up being some form of dilution or other shady practices that ends up being a negative for share-holders. It's above the ask at least...wouldn't ...

Inserting a SYMBOL field is only one way to insert a symbol. If you can insert a string, it may be useful to know that you can insert "wide" characters in the string using CharW, e.g. mystring = charw(1092) & charw(1093) If you can show the code as Doug suggested, it might be easier for people to suggest a way to do that. However, without a copy of the font(s) you are using it ...

There's an article at http://www.word.mvps.org/FAQs/MacrosVBA/AssignName ToFmFld.htm that describes the process of assigning a name to a form field, but it's only a quick description of a workaround for the obvious but unworkable approach. A complete macro could be designed around that process, but the question that must be answered first is, "What name do you want the new ...

Mr. Daniels, Thank you for this enlightening post. I am sure that the OP is similiarly tickled pink and feeling well treated and welcome in this group by your poke in the eye when you could just as easily and gracefully overlooked his obviously erroneous double post. Peter T. Daniels wrote: Your macro is thus a useful tool for doing something other than what OP requested -- ...
