It is good to see the old bait and switch scam still around today. You see, we didn't need an LCD tv. We didn't need a $199 laptop with zero memory. We didn't even need a China-made $5 wrench set. We NEED (not want) some new clothes. When you are new parents, you tend to put your child first (rightfully so) and buy them stuff before yourself, so our clothes are fairly are in need of ...

So, overall I had a WONDERFUL black Friday experience this morning. Hit Target line at 4:30 for their opening, got everything on my list then was over to Kohls next door by 5:00. Stunk that Kohls didn't have any carts available which limited my purchases but I got almost all I wanted. One major item on our list that was a Doorbuster item was a 29.99 Ipod docking/speaker/radio/charging ...

Are probably the same people who think that every store always has more "in the back". They live in a fantasy world where no one else wants exactly what they want and even if they do there should always be enough.

So I'm watching this popcorn machine. It has the retail price at $499. When the deal starts, retail goes to $628 and they reduce it to only $379. That is crap. NOT SATISFIED>>>>>

I can't find any info about American Bank. The one in Indianapolis, IN says they are an actual bank but, they are listed as American Bank Mortgage Group. The only info I have found about them stated they are famous for bait and switch at closings. Usually having to do with an appraisal

Strategy Session! Bait and Switch Beck and others are going to push people at Sarah "neocon" Palin, so what is your strategy to keep the foolish masses from voting Palin 2012? What? You hadn't thought of this? NYTimes should run an article just for the online Ron Paul crowd, "Revolution unprepared for bait and switch" Where's ...

( HP Mini advertised at deep discount $199., then immediately "unavailable." In a couple of hours? If so, why not stock more at the promotional price? , )

Have you ever seen "Are you smarter than a 5th Grader?" Yes, bait and switch is a term from high school. Yes, bait and switch is still a commonly used term after taking the classes. All the while, Wikipedia and Google have gone pretty far to remind us of things that we forget. I'll bet you forget terms from time to time as well. Had I not recently taken economics my self, I'd have looked it...

If their website had worked I would have bought more from them. I was online at midnight trying to buy a bread machine and a Food Saver. The website was horrible. Even at 4 am I tried again and nothing. My wonderful husband went out for a friend to get him a video game this morning. His friend had to work and couldn't go. So my husband also went to Kohl's to get my bread machine. He ...

A Lightning Deal is a promotion in which a limited number of discounts are offered on a single item for a short period of time. They can be found throughout Amazon.com, including the Gold Box page, and they are available, one per customer, until either the promotion period for the deal expires or all the available promotional discounts are claimed.

ethylbgood, that name is too generic so you need an address to determine exactly what bank or mortgage company you are referring to. If you want a recommendation on an honest Lender/Broker in your area, say where you are located.

Some items are hotter than others, so the deals go very quickly on those items. Electronics and jewelry deals seem to be the most popular, so those deals don't last long. Pretty basic stuff. And the others are right, Amazon always shows other buying options or suggestions. Sounds like maybe the OP doesn't shop Amazon too often.
