Ok thanks. I have my Vista recovery partition intact. So, I believe, I should be able to recover if I have some sort of problem! I was able to find a backup and recover in Win 7 itself. Perhaps, I should wait for the software to be released by HP. Thanks again!

The Dell Recovery Partition on the hard drive (for reinstalling) can only be created by Dell at the factory. If it is corrupted or a new hard drive is installed it cannot be created by users.
