Hi We are travelling with a baby into MCO - does anyone know if its ok to bring unopened sealed baby food (the meal pots, not meat flavour) and sealed Milupa formula milk powder in our hold luggage into America? Or does anyone know the general ...

I'm considering packing jarred baby food for YDS rather than having be part of our GG delivery, mainly due to selection. Have any of you put jars of baby food in your checked luggage. Even though I'd put all of it in zip bags, I'm still afraid of it bursting and being a waste. Is this a rational fear, or will the pressure not have any effect on the jars? TIA

i am strongly thinking about making my LOs bby food. I was wanting to get some kind of a blender than i can use for other stuff along with that. Was really looking at the magic bullet blender, any suggestions on if that would be good enough?

I figure if Tori Spelling does it, I probably can too! I'm interested in at least trying to make my own baby food and was wondering if anyone has any advice, ideas, needed supplies or recipes. I'm interested in avoiding fruit all together, until we've introduced a good number of veggies. My reasons behind this is to help prevent poor food habits. Some believe (and I've seen it happen many ...

I purchased these way before we even started thinking about feeding solids to dd3. Now that she is eating solid foods, she is pretty much eating soft foods with her hands, we just aren't using them. The spoon is really neat, you put the baby food in the spoon and squeeze it out onto the spoon for feeding. It has a cover to put over the spoon part. This was used a few times. She prefers the ...

Alright, so I've delayed feeding my little one actual baby food until the 6th month mark. I have done it & now I'm just confused. He doesn't seem like he's a fan (spits it out, gets fussy in the chair). At this point how often am I supposed to feed him baby food & how much? I understand that I'm just supposed to give him a new food max of every 4 days, but once I give it to him (for that 4 ...

I have enough baby food jars to do SOMETHING with. I've searched and have found stuff like snow globes and candle holders, but I was wondering if anybody had any other ideas?

I lurk here on occasion but I was just reading the Thanksgiving food thread and I had a question. My daughter eats hardly any table foods at all. We started her on cereal at 6 months and purees about 3 weeks later so we got a late start compared to some. Other than the baby foods she eats cheerios and puffs. I try other things, mashed banana, green beans, peas, etc. and she is really not ...

I have noticed a couple of items I have looked at say 12+ mths - the small pkts organix finger / snack foods (eg: carrot sticks) and the baby ravioli. I was just wondering is this only because of the size or is there an ingredient (s) in them that they can't have under that age? I was thinking re the ravioli especially if I chop it up then it would be smaller anyway? ...

Here's my question: Has anyone ever heard about a baby being allergic to the abscobic acid ( Vitamin C ) that is put in the jarred baby food fruit only, to prevent color changes? My DD 6.5 months old, had a weird reaction when I gave her Applesauce, a spotchy red rash over her ears on both sides of her head. No where else, and it comes and goes quickly. It has happenned twice with ...

Hi: I got my baby 3 weeks ago almost a month and since then she's been eating Science Diet because a friend of mine gave me some samples. She never like it the only way she eat it was mixing the dry food with some wet. Now the food it's finished and I decided to buy Beneful dry only because I can't afford expensive foods that anyway she didn't like it. And she doesn't eat it either. I don't ...
