Anybody here takes Balanced B Complex DailyFoods ? It's a whole food vitamin. I just can't figure out if it contains 58 mg or 11 mg of B6. It's not very clear and I don't think 11 mg would be enough to lengthen my LP... thanks!

I take niacin 3x 100 mg a day and it appears to work against ADD. Unfortunately niacin can cause flushing, but there are also the products: No Flush Niacin (Inositol Hexanicotinate) and Niacinamide/ nicotinamide No flush niacin is niacin but slowly released. Niacinamide is the compound that niacin is converted into. Has anyone tried these products?
