I started Bulking 13 days ago. I started
at 138, now i'm 143.6 I've been doing exercise 3 times a week, eating 3140 on average. Split between; 27% fat, 23% protein, and 51% carbos. Is that okay, or am I going too fast? I weigh from 130.5 - 135 the past six months, and now that I weight 143, I still look slender (probably 10% bodyfat)
