I autocross my daily driver 2006 B7 S4, currently on the stock suspension set up. I run in F Stock so I have limited ability to make changes beyond a front sway bar and shocks all around. I'd certainly be willing to change the shocks and I can tolerate some street- ride degredation in favor of faster turn-in and more control on-course. Oh yeah, of course there is the cost...........

Since C4's have been around for a long time, there should be no secrets about what is the best autocross setup. I have a '94 base, 6 speed, with the FHA 93.1 (532lb) front spring and the NYR 39.9 (228lb) rear spring. The front and rear sway bars are both about 24mm. This will be a solo only, BSP car with 274-17's all around. What do you recommend as a ...

I'm nearly a month into owning my first sports car ('99 Miata) and have decided to take some steps to improve my driving, in addition to having some weekend fun. I think I will begin by trying out a few local autocross events next year, and attending schools depending on money and time available, but I'm not sure how far I want to go beyond that. Looking into some of the required safety mods...

Hi all, the car is on stock suspension and i like that way it handles and rides but for the autocross I would like to get a bit more grip up front. SO what is the best camber angle for this and for street use too. I only autocross once or twice a month so readjusting is not desired. Thanks! Every time I get bored with the car I take it to autocross and I fall in love all over again...

I have a 1994 camaro z28 M6 that is completely stripped of interior. has a stock LT1 motor with 55,000 original miles on it. I built it to be an autocross/ road racing car, but with a lil suspension it could easily be a drag car. Anyone looking for a project race car this is a great base. Fluids have been changed between races and seasons. Well maintained. The body has some small dent in the rear...

The 240SX will be more competitive for the 2010 SCCA Solo II Autocross season in the G Stock class. The Mini Cooper S which dominated the class is being bumped up the the D Stock class. The Pax rating for G stock is also being changed from 0.821 to 0.812. That basically means the adjusted time on a 60 second run would move from 49.26 seconds to 48.72 seconds, an extra half second off the time. ...

I have decided to sell my 1997 BMW 328is, which I built up for STX last season. It is a pretty solid STX build. The car started as a relatively high mileage car, and after replacing just about every single wear items, it feels like a new car. It would also be a good start to a DSP build. I picked it up about a year ago from Brian Flanagan here: http://...

So my school (UTI) put on an autox this past weekend. The classes were based on engine size and drivetrain. Under 2500cc rwd, fwd over 2500cc rwd, fwd and AWD. Through all the hondas, 240SXs and 350zs the best of them were running high 30 sec times. my competition consisted of 1 STI who ran a 28.6, an EVO 9 who ran a 28.8 and nothing else worth mentioning. hitting 1 cone ...

This was my autocross setup for this past year. The tires have seen about 6 solo autocross events, and a little bit of daily driving duty (too lazy to take the wheels off after race day). I had the wheels powdercoated blue because they were sandblasted when I got them and blue seemed like a fun color for the track. I also have the original center caps for the wheels in their original color (...
