Left 4 Dead Authoring tools path broken After I moved my steam installation to another HDD, my authoring tools for left 4 dead haven't worked properly. I had the same error for HL2 I think, but I just reloaded the configurations. This doesn't seem to be an option on the "left 4 dead authoring tools menu", with only options: hammer world ...

Is anybody out there using Sonics, DVDit Pro HD for burning HD discs? If so, what are your thoughts? I've been using DVDit Pro (SD) for many years and have been pretty happy. It's only a $200 upgrade for me and seems to be the most cost effective jump into Blu-Ray authoring. Any feedback would be greatly appreciated. Thanks, Mark

If this can help (and if you can confirm !). I already went through the trouble that you can't put a Flash sprite off stage otherwise you loose control over it (you have to keep one pixel on stage), but this is more tricky : I suddenly had my Flash sprites working only in projector mode and I discovered that lower right corner of the stage was not visible (stage window was resized), ...

Hello I've got 2 elements. both have static width (x px) and display property set to inline-block. If they have the same height everything is ok - they display correctly. But if content of 1 has bigger height, then content of 2nd one goes bottom. How can I put content of with smaller height to the top (or middle)?...

I recently shot a movie on RED, and I am trying to get the best DVD to be shown on a projector from a DVD. MY MAIN PROBLEM IS getting a solid export to go into the DVD authoring process. I already have many different exports to bring into toast or DVDSP (prores, prores HQ,uncompressed, etc. However, im not sure what compression to use and what settings to use with that compression type. ...

I've got an idea for a little bit of Flash animation for my website, and I've been looking around for free/open source Flash authoring tools to try my hand at. However, a little research turns up a goodly number of them. I was wondering if anyone had any preferences or recommendations before I pick one. Thanks!

Hello - I'm having difficulty with a custom handler I've created. Everything works well in authoring mode, but as soon as I try to create a projector and run it, I get a "Handler not defined" error message. The handler is used to query an sqlite database. Here's the code which sits in a linked cast movie script on startmovie set gDBInstance = new(xtra"sqlite") on mDBQuery ...

A youtube video I made yesterday with it. Sony vegas is awesome. It took me a bit to get going but you can sync sound and video tracks really well with it. As for the camera... when you're actually moving with it, moving objects seem a big dodgy but other than that the quality is awesome. Even the microphones are good - I reckon it would go well at a concert.
