2 months and about 5 days, she is the most adorable little thing ever! We had her shipped from such a great, caring breeder the other day Dec 21. She went through hell with Delta airlines (NEVER use them by the way!)...we were supposed to pick her up at 8pm and didn't get her until 11pm, the poor thing - they "lost" her for 3 hours...turned out instead of being sent to the cargo dock, she was ...

Here is my third coloured pencil. I posted the WIP in the coloured pencil forum. Thought I would post the final here. Her name is Smokey and we had to put her down a few years ago due to cancer. The pose is what she is used to do if you spoke to her. She would tilt her head side to side trying to figure out what you were saying. Very clever dog. 11 by 14 on 110 lb "Robert Bateman" ...

I just got an Australian shepherd and hes 15 weeks old about. Right now His fur color is Grey , black and white. His eye color is brown with like a ring of blue around it. You have to look up close to see it. I was wondering if he is gonna grow tan fur when he gets older or if he stays with the same fur color his entire life.

Hello I am trying to buy an aussie pup. i have looked up the akc standard for the australian shepherd several times and their only noted dis qualification is white on certain parts on their body, nothing else. Please tell me what to watch out for as well as other things judges dont like. about what to ask the breeders, bad bloodlines, such as twin oaks, and anything else!!!! thanks!!

Here we go. I am going to try one of these WIPs . This is Smokey. A blue merle aussie we lost to cancer a few years ago. It took this long to start because the heavy heart was pulling the pencil away from the paper. It is on 110 pound "Robert Bateman" paper. Sketch was about 30 mins but I think I went too quick. There is a reflection of our house in her left (our right) eye which I...

The photo of an australian shepherd by LinDajSon is in the reference image library. I couldn't get it to post here. The WIP is on 11 x 14 card stock and I am using Prismacolors. I am also trying out using alcohol as a solvent.

Thanks Lin and Robert. I was worried about that background. Drawing Jin was a pleasure. I hope to see more shots of him, Lin. He really is a beautiful boy. Suzanne

She does indeed look quite a character. One of my border collie crosses does the exact same thing when you talk to him. Must be a border collie trait! You've done a lovely job with the portrait __________________ Louise.x....

We expect which we may try initiate the answer to reducing the affects of stress into the mind and body, and it comes within the shape of a cute quirky pendant worn about the neck poker charm.
