Lagging in Audacity My computer is pretty old and slow, but it does its job. Today I was recording a song of mine, and it lagged so bad in Audacity I wasnt able to finish. Recording with Audacity. I use Toneport GX to play guitar, and I've recorded directly to audacity with it before. I can't seem to get Audacity to recognize that toneport is there. I go to preferences (on audacity) and in the recording drop box, Toneport GX isn't there. Any suggestions? ...

Hey, I'm a 3 wk old switcher to the MacBook Pro and I dl'ed Audacity for Mac with the LAMEMp3 encoder plugin and everything works fine, but how do I move everything from inside the DMG files onto the HD and without messing up the program so I can get the DMGs off the desktop? Thanks!
