A bit OT but need some help from the best with my nastygram about our van. (I hope it's ok to ask this here!!) Any help, tips, suggestions would be wonderful. DH's been at a dealership here in SC since 9:30 this morning (it's currently 1:50 EST) trying to get the stupid door fixed....
