I wish to learn/know about Kaula Tantra (left hand path). Does anyone know of any Kaula Tantra ashram/centre? I know of Kamakhya and another at Agonda at Goa. Does anyone know of any other ashram/centre where Kaula Tantra (left hand path) is taught? Thanking you all in advance.

Dear fellow travel-lovers I'll be visting the holy city of Varanasi this weekend. Can any of you please suggest a good ashram for stay in Dasaswamedh Ghat. I'd be needing a room for two. Cleanliness and hygiene are the main things im looking for. Also it would be good if the rooms are spacious and not not too small.I had visted Rishikesh some time back and loved my stay in Parmarth Niketan ...

hi, I'm looking to spend a week or 2 in an ashram in Rishikesh and have narrowed my choice down to 2, it's between Phool Chatti and Anand Prakash. Do any of you have any experience of staying at either of these? I know it's going to be down to me to make the decision at the end of the day (and I may spend some time in both!!) but any opinions would be gratefully received! thanks,...

I will be staying in Rishikesh but found out that the roads will be a mess going back and forth, especially when I want to be there. I could not find hotels cheep enough that have not been booked. I started doing this over 1 month ago and have been online since, almost without stop. I have ...

One thing that annoyed me. Especially in rishikesh, was the amount of foreigners who were walking around and acting like God had just tapped them on the shoulder and said 'hey you're enlightened, go act all light and show off'... for me I think rishikesh was a bit of a dissapointment. The so called enlightened westerners usually turned out to be spoiled middle class people, with nothing better to...

Prajapati (deity of procreation), 7. Vayu (air), 8. Yama (deity of death) and 9. Vishvadevata (deity of the universe). Three strands are created by twisting three of the nine fibres in each strand. The three...
