Help! It would appear that I can cast Arcane bolt only once on any particular enemy. Is this normal??? I'm a mage in the fade. Whenever I encounter an enemy, I can cast arcane bolt just fine. After the cooloff period, I can choose arcane bolt, but when I click on an enemy, my guy shifts automatically into hand combat mode (not good for a mage). This post is referring to MY spec as of right now. Considering some of the recent patches sightly decreased AB overall DPS for an arcane mage I thought, why not get rid of it? I also noticed my own increase on my Mana Pool and Hit Rating with my gear so I figured I would get rid of Arcane Focus? So, I am starting arena on my ok geared mage, I personally pref Arcane because I like those big crits popping up on the screen. I was wondering if there were any Arcane Mage / Disc Priest movies at about 2500+ rating (mage PoV is a +)

What's the score with Arcane in PvP nowadays? Does anyone even bother to use it? I've just re-specced my pvp talent tree to an Arcane build that I believe might do quite well (At work atm using a netbook so can't try it out). What's peoples experiences with it?

Just a quick question here; I'm currently using Abyssl Rune + Nevermelting Ice Crystal for arcane pve. I was just wondering whether i'd be better off getting the Talisman of Resurgence and swapping it out for the ice crystal instead? The ice crystal doesnt't stack with the hyperspeed accelorators either. Just wanted to ask some advice before i spend my badges. Thanks.

Hi all. atm i'm a lv 58 mage and i've been leveling as fire which seems to have the best dps. anyhow on to the question. i've been told at 60 its best to swap over to arcane for better dps. is this true? also if it is i also hear i should focus on spirit not int? Thanks in advance Zaroten
