Is Apple Cider Vinegar effective for reducing or eliminating gas and bloating? I suffer from stomach growls and a loud, gassy stomach. Pretty much, everything I eat bothers me. Does anyone know if Apple Cider Vinegar is effective or not?

I tried to drink apple cider vinegar in the past, but it hurt my teeth and i couldn't handle the taste. But recently I bought some apple cider vinegar chewable pills (they actually taste good too), and I've noticed some improvements. Has anyone else tried this? Is it as beneficial for acne prevention as the drink, or is what I'm experiencing a fluke?

I'm trying to try to make a drink with these 2 items. What's the best way to have the drink and how often? I usually mix a little of each in cold water and add ice. I'm not really sure if I got the organic kind or not either. The ACV is called Whitehouse; and the honey is from Medford Farms and it's called Natural Honey. Nothing on either bottle say it's organic but both say it's natural. I have ...

So, I ran across Natural Apple Cider Vinegar and read that it's supposed to do miracles by increasing your energy, treating many common ailments, reducing acne, losing weight and all this other stuff. Has anyone ever tried it, and how much are you supposed to drink each day? http://www.apple-cider-vinegar-benefits.com/ Should I give it to my 3 lb. dog too?

Recently, I have been reading online about the numerous health benefits of Apple cider vinegar-immune booster, healthy skin, lowers cholesterol; it is even supposed to help with weight loss. Does anyone drink ASV on a daily basis? If so, do you notice changes? I am willing to try it if I can get it down. :)

I'm like Moonpie, I don't really mind the taste of the cider vinegar since I've always enjoyed the more tart/pickled flavors anyhow. I haven't tried regular white distilled vinegar, which I expect would be more sour. I've been drinking my vinegar diluted with about 8 oz. of water, but I don't know why you couldn't sweeten it a little with some Equal or something. And I hear you, jcaboose . . ...

MSM is not expensive. I paid $13.75 for 9 oz gel that lasts me a few months. The 1 gram capsules are $49.95 for 500, which depending on how many you take per day can last over a year! Sometimes online prices are better. I get mine from KalaHealth.com. Compared to the many other things I have tried and wasted money on over the years, I thought that was quite inexpensive. ~ No ...

Whatever you do, don't mix it with soymilk to try to mask the flavour. But it'll definitely do good things for you. Why not be as healthy as possible when trying to fight something like acne? You can always continue being healthy once your acne's gone if you so feel the need .

Not sure if apple cider vinegar will help, but I know if you eat 1 yogurt everyday, you will begin to see an improvement in your symptoms. I take one silk yogurt, due to my lactose intolerance and after about 3 wks to 1 month you will see the difference. Believe me, I have tried everything. nothing worked except for the yogurt, it's amazing. Please all of you who suffer from stomach ...

Resurrecting this thread... Just wanted to throw in my two cents. ACV DOES work. Some background: I've battled acne for a decade now, and over the past few years I've tried to find ways to treat it through diet. After all of this time, I STILL haven't quite figured out the "magic" combination, but I've come close. I've managed to clear up my chest and body acne, and my face has improved. I...
