Hello Let's introduce my next project, which I've been working on for a few days. This is Aoshima's Kawasaki 900Z1, my first experience with Aoshima, and I must admit, that the quality of (at least the elder kits) these is not compatible with Tamiya's. Lots of puttying, and very noticeable errors on the appearance of the model. Not much done, just assembled the main parts of the engine, ...

It's like a blessing for an Evolution fan like me when Aoshima released the Evo X model kit with option part (BBS Rims). It's like an American dream come true. This kit is a perfect kit and the best kit I ever build since the Evo VI Tamiya. Parts are well moulded, fitment is perfect and an easy kit to build. I would rate this kit a PERFECT 10 ! Color is Premium Silver and you can see the ...

Finally finished this build. Even though I was the first to get it on here, I ended up not finishing it first but I think the slow progress paid off for me with this build. There are some minor flaws but overall, I'm impressed in how well this came out. I've noticed that the last two builds from members here didn't paint the headlights with the black housing, so I've done that with mine. You ...

I finally got an Evo X along with the P.E. set and it just so happens to be the Ralliart version. I love the Ralliart wheels over the standard model and BBS option. Hopefully I have time to start it soon.

This is the old Aoshima kit of the IJN Hiryu, one of the six Japanese aircraft carriers that participated in the attack on Pearl Harbor and one of the four that were sunk at the Battle of Midway. Like most of the old Aoshima toolings in the 1/700 waterline series, the kit is a bit crude and also has accuracy issues which are beyond my modest abilities to correct. So, I focused on making the...

This is a Mitsubishi Delica Star Wagon 4wd Super Exceed Mini van by Aoshima. I added aftermarket Rendorseg Budapest Hurgary Police decals that I bought from Ebay. The safety tape is from Lin-o-Tape, I also added a shot gun and a desk that includes a 2 way radio survalence equipment and a laptop. The Light bar is another ebay purchase. Everything else is straight out of the box. The is a ...

Re: Aoshima Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution X MR Nice job, I like the color combo! Some black paint on the inside of the exhaust tips would make it look more real I think! __________________ Tommy Boy

Re: Aoshima Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution X GSR Kaho - It came box stock. There are options if you want it lower or not. I chose the lower with bigger wheels. That's why the stance looks aggressive. As for the panel lines. Some are because of the reflection from the sun, but yes, some panel lines I've noticed don't have enough...

It's a shame there's only ever been one styrene CSM released in 1/48, and that's the one on your workbench. That one has always been something of a rare bird too. I don't know if it was the awkward size of the box, the cost, or both but it was never an easy find. Understandably, the LM kitted in several scales (Monogram, Revell, Aoshima - 1/48, Airfix - 1/72, Revell, Revell AG, Aoshima, ...
