Some background: My dd is 8 months old and recieved her first round of antibiotics after her six month checkup revealed an ear infection. Hi All, Been using topical antibiotics for a little over and year now. Im scared to go off, but I heard that it isnt good to be using it for so long..is this true? Do the antibiotics wipe out good bacteria as well or just the acne causing ones?
