Long story short: I will be living in Amhearst, MA for the next Month or so. I know no one in the area, I barely know the area period, and I'm pretty sure I will be bored as fuck. I'll likely have my bike there and a work van. Anyone wanna show a GB a good time?

I went to college in Amherst. Just go to any bar when the Redsox/Patriots are playing and you'll have a good time. Edit: Northampton, down the road from Amherst, is pretty nice, too. A lot of restaraunts and bars there. Look up "Packards." It's a great bar/restaurant. I miss that part of Massachusetts a lot (I'm back in Los Angeles where I was born and raised).

Up for sale is an automatic Orient Red 1982 240D with palomino interior. I say parts car, because it is...rusty. The graphic pictures are here: http://www.mercedesshop.com/shopforu...d.php?t=226 446 I've owned the car since late December 2007 (I believe I am the 4th owner). Since then, I've put less than 2000 miles on the car, had suspension work done at an indy, and had body ...

Hey Guys, Haven't been around too much, and have spent the entire summer up in AK studying seabirds. I am heading to grad school for MS in Wildlife and Fisheries Conservation, and was wondering if anyone had any suggestions for the neighboring area as where to look for apartments/rooms in houses? I have been down there, but only to the school. Thanks, hope everyone had a great ...

My fiance and I are planning to go check out some venues in Western MA in a few weeks for our Fall 2010 wedding. Since The Knot apparently thinks MA people only want to get married in Boston or the Islands, I turn to you. We are not looking to have a traditional wedding. We want somewhere we can have the ceremony and reception in the same place. We have family and friends (hopefully under 150) ...

Thanks, ladies!! So far, we're going to try to check out Hotel Northampton, The Log Cabin, and a couple places in North Adams including Mass MOCA. The Host Hotel in Sturbridge looked really nice, but it's a bit past where I'm looking. I've got a lot of family and I don't want them to have to drive all that far. Can anyone tell me anything more about the Lord Jeffrey Inn in Amherst? Or ...
