fyi: Ameritrade has joined scottrade on a bunch of stocks, lolzzz... on Fridayzzz... Ameritrade has restricted a bunch from buying and have as sell onlyzzz ... 1 example is HESG the #1 most read board on iHubby... many others as wellzzz... zzz :-)

Ameritrade and Scottrade has done same thing with many pinky stocks recently... Ameritrade just did a bunch on Friday including HESG... with the so called clearing restriction stuff, etc... with no buys, only sells... etc... etc... etc... just sayin' it is not only HESG ;-) lolzzz think mostly with ones with dividends and or share reduction claims, etc... hope it runs big though :-)

Right... TD Ameritrade and Knight Securities put holds on all those stocks because they were focused on one and only one stock: Your EXPH. And they did all this because they knew someone like me would come along and see that they had put a hold on multiple stocks and share that with your board when you started discussing how they shafted your stock only. I use ameritrade, seem pretty fast, let me do stop loss easy, and they are good about finding the best deal for you. as an example, last week I actually saved 6% in one day because they fillrd my sell order for higher than I set, and filled my buy order for lower than I set, equaling more profits for me.

I use Ameritrade as well.... it's common for this to happen with me as well. Buy lower and sell higher than expected. HOWEVER... it takes them forever to let funds come available for transfer to bank. Especially with OTC and Pinks. They are not too keen on OTC/Pink stocks it seems.

Are day traders the new horse players. I think so. After watching a commerical for one of the internet trading sites, it seems to me that they are going after the same type of gamblers as horse racing.
