My husband was ordered to pay alimony to me until I did or remarry. He promised to also keep me on his life insurance as a beneficiary. He remarried and removed me from the policy and added his new wife. He is telling me that the insurance company told him he could not have my name on the life insurance policy. Can they do that or is that a big fat lie? Also, will I be able to get any of his ...

I've seen it before and curious how common it is. Is there any women that are w/ men who are paying child support/alimony/spousal support to an ex and ENRAGED that they are. Do you feel it is too much, resent her or are you jealous b/c by him paying you are having to do without or work? If so... have you ever had to depend on any support in these forms?

I am getting very worried. My lump sum payment is dwindling fast. My wife did not lose her job yet but we cannot live on what she makes alone. Plus I have child support and alimony to pay. Really regretting that I screwed around on my first wife.
