Anyone know a shop that works on 6-speed automatic AISIN transmissions? I'm not sure what is wrong. Car has issuses changing gears once warm normally 3rd to 4th. and coming to a stop. No codes apear and it doesn't always happen. It's a Mini Cooper S and yes it's an auto. Thanks Alexis

Hello, I'm looking for some Aisin manual locking hubs for my 1994 toyota 4runner. Anything works; if they need a rebuild thats fine. These are typically red with a black outer housing. Let me know what you have! Or if you know of a good place to buy them. Thanks...

In my Opel Vectra, they have used a DexronIII as standard factory fill (AFAIK). I have changed oil 3 times now, with "original" Opel ATF oil, who is a Dexron VI, probably made by Fuchs ( Titan ATF 6000 , a fully syntetic). I want to completely flush the gearbox (by emptying via disconnecting the return cooler hose). GM wants me to use Dexron VI, or Fuchs Titan ATF 6000. Aisin Warner wants me to...
Yep, have learned alot from this site. Ill wait until after christmas/new year before doing this (its busy, its bl%¤ cold outside, and its going to cost some), but if nothing very special happens, Ill stick to the Fuchs Titan ATF 4400

My MINI's had an interesting change in behavior the past two days. Yesterday morning I chalked it up to the torrential rain, but after last evening's commute home and another morning commute in better conditions, the symptoms still persist. The scenario: I have a stock '05 MCSa -- that is the 6-speed Aisin torque-converter automatic transmission. My total drive each way is about 3.5 miles...

I have a complete hub to hub (aisin) front axle assembly with stock steering, sway bar, and steering stabilizer still attached. I'm located in San Diego Ca, . This front end has been sitting out in the weather for a while but does not have any pitting on the knuckle balls. Just needs to be cleaned up and put in your truck. May be interested in trade for some used 40" tires. Also have top ...

Quote, originally posted by ..Derek.. » After doing control arm bushings in a mini and a fuel pump in another I have sworn those cars off forever! Besides.. don't build a car you can buy. Sell the mini to someone looking for a bargain on an Autotragic and buy a manual with less miles. Don't lie, you 'd it.
