I'm looking to buy a small air compressor about 2-3 gallon size. It would be used for basic stuff like inflating tires, blow stuff clean and run some small air tools. Looking to spend about $100-150, I don't want something too noisy. I heard that oiled ones are quieter but many of the small ones I've seen are oil less. Any suggestions, Thanks.

I was taking the air compressor off my car because it hasn't worked for years and wanted to take it apart. I went to unbolt one of the two bolts that holds the metal lines that goes into the firewall and it hissed as if there was air inside. Whats going on with that? I thought those lines had fluid in them not air.
