I started talking to this guy I met on a dating site, his 42 and I'm 26. We exchanged a lot of emails, after a while texted and then he called. He told me his 42,we talked for hours. As his photos looked O.K the age gap didn't bother me too much, as he told me up front that his profile hadn't been updated and we want all the same things and really seemed to click. So I was really excited about...

before it is just wrong? I see 16 year old dudes dating 13 year old girls and personally I think that is just wrong. I think the difference (WHILE EITHER ONE IS A MINOR) should be a maximum of 2 years, thats it. How far apart do you think the minors can be before its wrong/illegal? If there is an actual law about this placed in whatever country you reside in, please share it.

HI, I currently have a 13 month old and am expecting a new arrival at the beginning of March. I realise that time will tell but I feel a little that forewarned is forearmed! I have a heap of how will I cope queries but could really do with some top tips from those who have done it - or had a similar age gap. Many thanks.

The man I am in love with is 60. I am 18. He was my English teacher in high school, but we didn't seriously start talking until after I graduated. Neither of us expected to fall in love with each other. It was a total surprise, and I know many of you will probably think "What does a 60 year old want with an 18 year old?" The truth is, we have everything in common. I have never met anyone so much ...

This girl I went to school with & have on facebook is 19 & her boyfriend or whatever was born in 1973 so that makes him like 36. I seriously let out a big "WTF!" when I saw that. When he graduated HS, she was 2. WTF! I'm half tempted to ask her what the hell is up with that....

DH and I are thinking of DC2. The debate is b/w having one closer together (18m) or having one later (2ys or more). I would love to hear the joys and struggles about both options from different mommas. Concerns I have about having them close together: Will I go insane? Will I be able to give enough attention to both? Will I still have time with DH? Would 3 (if I wanted a ...

There was a long string of movies from 1953 to 1964, directed by major directors like Hitchcock, with leading actors like Stewart, Grant, Bogart, Gable around 20+ years older than the leading actresses, like Gardner, Kelly, Hepburn, Novak: Rear Window Sabrina To Catch A Thief Vertigo N by NW Charade Funny Face Dial M for Murder So my question is simply: why? Put that cappuccino...

Be careful, when there is a different mindset it can end a relationship. Listening is your greatest skill right now, do it well sunshine. Make sure she knows she is wanted and loved, cherished and someday may walk down that path of forever connected "marriage". All most people want in life is to be the special spark in anothers life. It is hard when you don't know if you really are or not.

I was in a significant age gap relationship for 4 years and even though the guy was great, I couldn't get over the age difference. (19 years) Let's presume you eventually decide to marry this guy. When he's in his 60's you will only be 44. Would you be prepared to be possibly widowed at that age and have to either start all over again to find someone again? Or be without a husband for the rest...

There is 14 months between my ds (2 3/4) and dd (1 1/2). I am 6 months pregnant and there will be 21 months between the youngest two. I think all age gaps have pros and cons, but personally I have no regrets with mine all being close. It is hard work, but you get into a routine pretty quickly. The main thing I can say really is, have some fixed things to do once the baby is a few ...
