I have several garments that were produced for color-test and design purposes, but never went into factory production for one reason or another. There is one print that I especially adored (as did my sales rep, who thought it would be a best seller), and when I found out it was discontinued I literally curled up into the fetal position. The one poncho that was made from it is the only one in the...

Snow Porn (for Jack) I watch as you fall from the sky, delicate and soft, innocent. I gasp as the first of your cohort lands lovingly on my skin. Soon I am coated in your loveliness, soft white flakes loved and adored by all. Your coldness is refreshing as a crisp winter's morning. I extend my tongue, catching you. You melt, and I shiver with unbridled love. I wait ...

I have a simple question. Can someone with age related hearing loss be an audiophile? Or to what extent does hearing loss effect the use of high quality components? My father once adored music, all the Beatles and early rock and roll. He was even friends with Roy Buchanan, and still has a few of the Snake Stretchers records from the first pressing. I'm considering getting him some higher...

Bourne movies are probably watched (and adored) by people who work(ed) at intelligence or who are the experts in the field. Can those experts recommend me some genuinely realistic spy movies? I think Confessions of a Dangerous Mind might be the one. We can all agree that Bourne movies are not realistic spy movies, but more like superhero ones. No human being is that good as Bourne.

...about seeing the Boy and thinking he was an angel. So good. He was fantastic in this. Actually, the man had no ear at all. But what did it matter? He adored my music.

As a lot of this board knows, I had been looking forward to this film for a long time. I am big McCarthy fan, I adored this book, I thought it could be a terrific film, and after I saw The Proposition I loved the idea of Hillcoat directing. So anyway, I just saw The Road on Saturday and I had mixed feelings about it. I liked how agressively 'anti-Hollywood apocalypse movie' it was. Most of the...

Apparently they didn't raise enough money this time. Anyone here every watch his TV show? My grandma adored him....until his 'calling home' plea. His ministry hit upon rocky times in the 1980s. There was controversy over his City of Faith medical center, a $250 million investment that eventually folded, and Roberts' widely ridiculed ...
