Hi all, When I click the ▼ arrow on the address bar, there's a lot of sites I want to delete and some I want to keep. Is there a way to selectively delete the ones I don't want?

When I search a topic the page gives me the websites available for that topic. But when I click on the suggested website another one comes up on the address bar. How do I stop this? 1 person needs an answer I do too

I use firefox 3.5.5 on mac osx 10.5+. I used the search feauture in address bar. it worked in this way: for example - you type 'apple' in address bar and press enter. after hitting enter, the browser will open the web site 'www.apple.com'. if there is no relevant website related to the term you typed, google search results on google web page will open in the browser. I've noticed that the address bar icon for CafePress (a green t-shirt) shows up on my shops' address bars. Is it possible to change this, and if so how?

I am too facing the same problem with IE7. This also happens with "IE7 with NoAddons". After I type in a url into address bar and hit enter, my IE just disappears. I restart IE (again with NoAddons) and try it, it works. The link given by dm01 seems to be incorrect or not valid anymore. The icons will sometimes be the approrpiate icon. Then I go to a new site for instance going to ATT site and IE symbol will show up or bing symbol etc... Also the icon may be correct in the "organize my favorites" yet not in the Favorites list. Why does the compatibility view button not show up by the address bar when I have it checked to show up? I have tried unchecking it and recheck it, that does not work and I don't what does, hep me here. 1 person needs an answer I do too

There was something posted a while back about how to change the links shown in the address bar. It would only show links you bookmarked and not every single thing you have clicked on. Anyone know what I am talking about and can help me remember how to do it? Thanks!
