I've been using ProActive for probably a year now and it's definitely kept my acne under control. I'm happy with how my face looks most of the time. I've done some basic research on Acutane and my acne is not nearly bad enough for that - I highly doubt any doctor or dermatologist would recommend it for me. 5 months in acutane i got severe joint pain i got off of the stuff it went away and now i have been off for almost 5 ish 6 months and i have started doing sports and the knee pain came back along with a new foot pain and in that time inbetween i have had problems with my wrist and shoulder...i never used to be prone to injury but ever since i took acutane the slightest things and i get injured

Go to your dermatologist. There are many creams and medicines like proactive or acutane. They'll know what to do. If you are a teenager, acne is normal. don't let acne stop you from dancing.
