Instead of a4 having "a3-a2" try this =INT((A3-A2)*24) this should get you started. Try looking in the Excel Help pages under Multiply time. Instead of a4 having "a3-a2" try this =INT((A3-A2)*24) this should get you started. Try looking in the Excel Help pages under Multiply time. We got a wii last Christmas and had fun for a month. After that I tried to use it routinely for fitness, but grew very frustrated with Wii Fit as it moves so slowly.
