After syncing my Moto Q phone with ActiveSync onto Microsoft Outlook, all my calendar appointments that are more than a few weeks in the past are deleted from the calendar on my phone but are still present on Outlook. I want all of my future and past appointments to appear on my phone - not just on my PC. HELP!!!

We are running Exchange 2007 with front end CAS servers. We have offloaded SSL for Outlook Anywhere to our hardware load balancer. By doing this Activesync no longer works. Since Exchange doesn't support offloading SSL for ActiveSync, how do you setup an SSL for Activesync, without affecting Outlook anywhere? I have an MPx220 phone and after a long time not syncing, I want to start syncing again using my ActiveSync. I am not sure how I used to connect. The phone is listed in my ActiveSync on my pc. I am interested to hear from anyone who has a shifted from BES from an Activesync only deployment or at the least using a good number of AS devices along with Blackberry. We are supporting about 140 blackberries but only around 50 activesync devices...which isnt a lot in comparison to some companies, but as we shift towards exchange 2010 I would like to see us move more towards Activesync ...
