Hi, I generated a PDF 1.3 file, which opens ok in other readers (foxit reader, ghostview), but Acrobat Reader 8 doesn't display all of it. Also it doesn't redraw after scrolling, so it looks like the rendering process crashes midway. Here is the problematic file: http://www.woutware.com/download/pdf_problem.pdf (attached as well). Opening in the browser does give me an error message, but...

Hello, I have a strange problem with your website and forums. Every single click on any tab or button causes my Adobe Acrobat Reader to open automatically. Is anyone else having this problem or is it just me? I have no idea how to fix it if the problem is on my end, but it is very annoying to have it happen every time I click. I have not had this happen on any other website or forum ...

Is this a function of the fact that they are in Reader and not a version of Writer? I was under the impression that when you are ...

Hello, Currently, I use Adobe Acrobat 7.0 to PDF documents and then send them out for review. When I send out the PDF documents in an email-based review, my colleagues open the documents with Adobe Acrobat Reader 9.0, but are unable to add and save comments to the document. Why not? How do I enable Adobe Acrobat 7.0 documents for commenting? Thank you and best regards!...

Check which program is the default option (the first on the list - Acrobat?) and then click "Choose program". In the list that opens up, select your browser and tick the box saying "Always use ...
