Hey Guys, I'm a 29 year old male.....have had clear skin for the past several years aside from the occasional break out a few times a year. However over the past 3-4 months I have had persistent acne only on my cheeks???? I went to a derm about 6 weeks ago and she immediately said my break outs were being caused by my moisturizer. God, I wish my skin could look like it does right after my period. My skin is at it's clearest. The redness/inflammation goes down so much. I feel like it'd be easier to control my acne if it looked like that all the time. But unfortunately, it goes back to normal one week later. To those with vast knowledge- Happen to know why this is? Suggestions? ...

I don't know what exactly is causing my breakouts, but I know for a fact my face is not naturally like this. I'm almost 20 yrs old, and the only time I've ever had something worth calling "acne" was when I first entered puberty and when I was overweight/eating crap. I admit that I am a face picker, but I've always been one. I've never had infammations across my cheeks and forehead like I do...

Hi all...I haven't been here for a long time but I could use some help. Norton 14 months old suffers with the dreaded puppy acne. He has been on cephalexin 4 times (the last time for 8 weeks straight) and chlorhexadine shampoo. The meds clear it up but in less than 2 weeks it's back. Any suggestions? He is just too cute to have zits...LOL Thanks, Sheila
