Hi all I want to handle the ThreadAbortException on my thread when some call to Abort happens. Is there some ThradState where this cannot be possible ? Right now I am thinking that only UNSTARTED state because Start method was not called. Any guess? Mn

I have hosted a WCF service on WAS (on Windows Vista) and the protocol of the endpoint is netTcp. In the service I am starting a thread which takes a long time to run. It runs successfully. The problem is when ever Thread.Abort() is fired it restarts the service instead of aborting that thread only. Hi, Last night when I did a "Search for Updates" on my S&D, I get an error message saying that advcheck.dll is read only. I hit "Abort" instead of "Retry" (according to another post I just read I should've hit "Retry"). Is there anything I can do at this point to correct it? Many thanks. Hi all, We have done end-to-end testing on our prod environment, which has resulted in a few completed instances. These instances are now appearing in the reports. They are not abortable. Is there a solution that allows us to delete/abort the completed test instances? Thank you, Arian

Six month before I had an abortion. It was a case of missed abortion. So I had to abort my pregnancy. That time I felt abdominal pain and feverish (tem. 37.2 C). But when I abort my pregnancy the doctor told me these symptoms were normal in any normal pregnancy so I should not worry about it. now a days I am tring to conceive But similer problems (like abdominal pain and slight fever) appears....

For my cousin and her little girl who was born last night at 29wks 6days. Since 20wks she has had big problems because she lost all her waters and without that they said baby may not develop lungs.... one hospital advised her to abort the pregnancy there and then but my cousin couldnt give up and she changed hospitals.... she was still only given a 2% chance that baby would come out of it ok ...
