Which one for my new gaming PC? I wanted the Phenom II but the company I'm building my computer through told me the motherboard I chose wasn't compatible and that they recommend the i7...But why not just recommend a different motherboard as opposed to a different processor...Anyways...comments appreciated. I've heard nothing but great things about the Phenom II and is my choice at the moment....

A while ago I built a machine for my friend using a GA-MA790GP-DS4H motherboard and a Phenom II X 3 cpu with no intention on unlocking the 4th core. Hi everybody, could someone help me? I have installed Win/ in a quad AMD Phenom II X4 920 , but when I look in the hardware resource (managing them from Computer) Win7 show me error in the cooprocessor and it says thet there is no driver for. thanks

Can't find any information about AMD Phenom II X4 925 on the AMD off.site. AMD PHENOMs II So the question - what is this AMD product ? Does AMD now manufacturing Phenom II X4 925 ? Or that's bad product and all information deleted from AMD off.site ?
