Well, Just found out that the reason my ACD lights were on is because...you guessed it...it's missing! Now I've read on here people paying RIDICULOUS amounts for that part. Is there any reason why someone would remove that part? I am the 3rd owner and can't get in contact with any other owners. Tranny looks like it had some work done, but don't know any particulars right this second...

I'm looking for help on relocating the ACD switch (the switch that selects Tarmac/Gravel/Snow) on a 2008 GSR from the steering wheel to the console or dash. Has anyone else done this or thinking about doing it? Cheers.

I have a sales group that receives inbound and also makes outbound calls. Currenlty ACD calls are routed EAD-LOA. Is there a way to keep the time spent on outbound calls from counting as work time? Thanks!
Hi - have some agents complaining that they don't get a chance to go into AUX after a call when we are busy - where's the timer that shows how many seconds are given between each call ? Agents set to forced ACD answer, we don't really want to change that. CM 4.0

I've got a 7 month old ACD pup and I'm not very exact about giving him a perfect amount of food and I don't factor in treats/training etc. I've heard the way to check weight is that I should easily be able to feel his ribs. I am getting ready to implement Network ACD in our network of PBXs Rl.s 5.0 and 4.50 Pentium. Can I use my current TIE T-1s connecting the PBXs or do I need to change the T-1s to DIDs? I am setting up NACD to overflow calls between a total of two PBXs. I have gone through Nortel ACD book and I am a little unsure of all the steps needed to turn on NACD in a CDP environment as apposed to UDP...

the acd dn is just for sending the number to mail? if so change it to a cdn asup yes with mail sdn as the dfdn.. that should give return answer supervision.. if you don't need to announcement, then transfer to the acd dn of the group.. john poole bellsouth business columbia,sc

The issues isn't the reporting, but call routing. With LOA routing it seems the outbound calls are counted as work time and it affects the number on inbound ACD calls they get. Since they are on commission it's becoming a problem.

Jaaaa...ich hab schon gemerkt, dass mein Thema nicht sonderlich gut ankommt! Aber ich hab inzwischen eine Lösung. Die nicht ganz literaturgemässe chemische Verschiebung kam dadurch zustande, dass bei der Messung CDCl3 anstatt DMSO als Lösungsmittel angegeben wurde. Im ACD kann man das Spektrum dann aber ganz einfach auf das richtige Lösungsmittel als Referenz umstellen....
