Anyone ever tried rebuilding a Pioneer RT-909 capstan motor? I have one that runs (in both directions) if unloaded, but is so weak if you put the belt on, it doesn't have enough torque to spin the capstans. It's definitely the motor, as the motor performs weakly even if driven directly by a battery. This motor came from a 909 which had power supply problems. I'm assuming that ...

Demo'd a 909DComp today with the Matrix Ozik 5 in Stiff flex. Had a few great drives with it, but it seemed a bit "loose" to me. Some big hooks/pushes that didn't seem due to the swing. Does this shaft built for Titleist play the same as the "real" Oziks? I liked how it felt in general, but thinking a step up to a Ozik 6 may be in order.
