There are a lot more options for high school than for grammar (though there are many of those but unfortunately if you can't afford a good zone it is pretty limited). The real problem is middle school - though it may be getting better.

As already mentionned, I think you should eat alot more. If you've really been lifting for 4years, it's not really impressive, but I'll have to admit, you have some prettty strong lift numbers, especially on bench press, great job there man.
