G'day all. Recently i purchased fallout 3 and had been playing it for no more then 2hrs only 2 have my xbox die on me. i was playing it on my crappy 50hz tv. i sent it off under warranty and they sent me back a brand new console. i was pretty stoked to say the least. when i tried playing fallout 3 again my new xbox is telling me that its a 60hz game and that it cant play it without me changing ...

Topic. Been thinking of trying out this series, but I heard the first one is really hard for newcommers, and I don`t feel like play looking at a guide. I just got the panel replaced for my Samsung LN46B650 TV. How can I ensure that the picture I am viewing is at 120 Hz? The display on the screen suggests the view @ 60 Hz.

I have a lathe motor from Europe which is 220v 1/7 hp 0.8 amp 50 hz. My supply is 110 volts 60 hz. I do have a transformer which can up the voltage to 220 but I am concerned about the frequency. Is there a frequency converter or vfd which can work? Thank You

Hello, I am new to this forum. If it is the kind of forum that I think, I think I'll stick around. I hope that my question is appropriate for the forum (not too basic): If the speed of the turbine in an hydroelectric dam depends on the water's pressure and caudal (I am assuming), how do we get a fixed frequency of 50/60 Hz? Thanks

Have started to get a faint hum in my recordings that's easily removed with the Harmonic Reject Filter. Where within my hardware might this hum be occuring? I use a Stanton direct drive turntable/stanton 500 cartridge going to a flat preamp connected to my pc. Thanks!

Frys has LG 42" 42LH30 60 Hz LCD HDTV for $497, just want to know what everybody thinks of this deal. Is this particular model worth it for that price? Has anybody had any issues with this brand or model? Pretty much, should I get it?? Thanks!

Selbst bei qualität muss ich bei CoD6 Vsync einschlaten sonst verzieht das bild stellenweise. (damit mein ich keine schlieren ^^) (nur weil man mit SSAA noch über 60 frames kommt grml )

but the console already has it set to 50hz. i dont understand, are u trying to say theres a setting to make 60hz games play on 50hz tvs? fallout 3 is a 50hz game so it should play while the settings are at 50hz. has anyone else had a strange error like this??

I just bought a new 55" LED Tv 120hz and notice it says when I change channels the hertz is only 60hz. I am connected to a cable box provided by Cox Communications. Is it a setting in my TV that's wrong or is it the box provided by Cox? Thanks, Roy
