4kids - Thanks. OH, regarding the NSS issue I read an article the other day that the SEC filed charges against a Hedge Fund for NSS/manipulation of stocks. The people involved admitted guilt and fines were assessed with restrictions against those involved. It's a start. I believe the investigation started prior to this year. All IMO

Gosh 4kids, when you are sizing up companies that you feel are ripe for shorting, what criteria do you use? TIA. What traits do you look for in a company that would give them a best target rating? 4kids - Yes, I find it a bit humorous myself. AERP is what it is. Interesting that some posters who have no interest in buying shares and have been here for years? lol. If the NASCAR suit is at all favorable for AERP, some posters will be all over it anyway. There would be even more reason. Have splendid day with your family/friends for Thanksgiving. Did you miss Turtles Forever?! I know some guys who missed it and were sad when they heard how epic it was. I caught most of it and was eager for the torrent, which didn't come until the next day. I'd of liked to buy the DVD but 4Kids or whoever decided to not release it right away. A bad move on their part I think.
