Anyone out there who is or knows of a midwife over 45 in WA who has sucessfully applied for a 457? I have a friend who may just want to move to Perth but is over that critical age for PR but would be happy with a 457. And yep, she is aware of all the restrictions etc etc etc!!! Cheers

QUESTION: Can I roll my 401k account into a 457 account so I can withdraw my money sooner. ANSWER: No. Since a 457 is sponsored by non for profit and govt entities and 401k are not, you cannot roll a 401k into this type of plan.
