i know that i have seen it written in usssa that: if a batter fouls off a pitch after two strikes and is caught, that the ball does not need to go over the batters head to be recorded as an out. does this apply also to ASA? Any help?

Jae and Sendo will be able to answer this. Is SF 3S still being played nowadays with some of the newer fighters coming out? Also, I'm having some fun with parrying. I'm at the point where I can parry a Shinkuu Hadouken or a Messatsu Gohadou. Still trying to parry Chun-Li's Hyakuretsu (100 Kick Super). I can only get the first 3 hits before a get a face full of boot.

Once again we get screwed by one stupid play/call. Yesterday was Weeks' little league error. And today was when the umpire called the 3rd strike a ball. Take both of those away and we win the first game 1-0 and we win tonight 2-1, and we are in great position to win this series.
