You think they are dumping shares? 3rd time to test the 18 and failed with high volume. The OS is max out so no room to dump unless they are from the restricted? Either case, I guess we will need news and huge volume to blow through this resistance. I thought for sure we would break through. Like stocks with billions of shares move easier than this?

I know the blades are in town and near by. Someone saw the two trucks coming into town on October 20th. The letter said third week of November equipment would begin staging at that time. The 3rd week of November was last week and there is still no equipment or staging. In my opinion all talk and no action.
